GROUND SHIPPING
We are happy to offer free ground shipping throughout the continental United States. We know you can't wait for your shoes and we make every effort to ship orders you as soon as possible, but please note that it can take up to two business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Business days do not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays
Free shipping applies to outgoing orders only. We are not responsible for any shipping charges when returning an item.

EXPRESS SHIPPING
We offer two-day shipping . Orders received after 10AM PST may not ship until the next business day.
We ship via FedEx and it will take two business days (excluding weekends and holidays) for your order to arrive once it ships out. The day the package is picked up is not considered part of the two business days (i.e. if your order is picked up on Thursday, the package will not arrive until Monday.)
· Orders placed after 10AM PST may be shipped out the next day.
· Orders placed after 10AM PST on Friday will be shipped the following Monday
Express shipping rates are as follows:

Signature required - $25 plus $4.50 for each additional pair(s)
For overnight orders, please call 800.453.3077, Monday through Friday from 9AM – 5PM PST for a quote. We do not offer Saturday deliveries.
SHIPPING TO CANADA
Additional duty charges apply to orders shipping to Canada. Please refuse any FedEx issued duty invoices as fees were paid at the time of purchase and will automatically bill to Seychelles.
Shipping charges to Canada are as follows:
A duty charge of 60% of the order total will be added at checkout. Duties will be reflected in the shipping charge at check out.

ORDERS OVER $300
As a security measure, orders over $300 require a signature at time of delivery at no cost to you. Customers may decide to change the delivery address or opt out of the signature requirement by selecting Waive Signature Requirement checkbox. We are not responsible for lost packages if the signature requirement has been waived.
SHIPPING STATUS
Tracking information will not be available until the order has left our distribution center. Once the order ships, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. You can also click the "order status" link below and enter your order number. Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for your tracking number to be available.
