RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY
Items must be returned within 30 days of the order date
Extended Holiday Return Policy
Purchases made between November 15 and December 31 are covered under Seychelles' holiday return policy. For a full refund, either start your return within 30 days of the order date or by January 1 (whichever date is later).
Items must be unworn, unused, and in the same condition received. Please do not wear your shoes out until you are certain of the fit and comfort. We recommend trying on your shoes on a soft surface (i.e. rug/carpet). Shoes that are worn and not in salable condition will be refused for return. Our Distribution Center will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse a refund based on the returned condition.
Items must be returned in the original shoe box with original packing. Please place the shoe box inside a larger packing box when shipping your return back to us.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and you assume responsibility for the return shipping cost
We recommend using a traceable shipping service such as FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority mail to ensure that the package does not get lost. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Please complete the return form that was included with your purchase and return it with the shoes to the address on the form.
For exchanges, please indicate the style/color/size you would like on the return form. Please note that there is no guarantee that the item will be available once the return has been processed. If you need the new pair right away, we recommend placing a new order for the pair you would like and returning the current order for a full refund.
Shipping charges on the exchanged pair sent to you is on us!
For all Canadian exchanges, please be aware that you are responsible for paying the duty charges on any styles shipped out as an exchange.
SeychellesFootwear.com only accepts returns and exchanges on purchases made through our web store. If items were purchased at another retailer, it must be returned to the retailer it was purchased from.
